Which One is Better for Joint Pain?
Both Penetrex and Tiger Balm are effective at alleviating joint pain. And honestly, they are both very good products and I have personally recommended both to friends and family.
But the truth is, we are all different in a physiological sense of the word. And even though both products do work for most people, sometimes one works better than the other for no particular reason other than all of our bodies are different.
So although this may not seem like an ‘answer’, the truth is you should try both and see which works best for you.
Both creams come in small sizes that only cost a few dollars, so why not be your own ‘scientist’ and know for sure what works best. Like I said, both really are great products, and my personal experience with using both for joint pain is they both offer relief.
But what is best for me may not be what works best for you. And the only way to definitively know is to test the both of them.
Side Effects
Both Penetrex and Tiger Balm are generally safe to use. However, some people may experience side effects. Penetrex may cause skin irritation, while Tiger Balm may cause skin irritation and allergic reactions. It is important to read the label carefully and follow the instructions for use.
